Costa Canna Click & Collect FAQ

Here you can find some answers to practical questions regarding our Duncan, BC click & collect service.

Q: I don’t want to make the trip to your store. Do you offer delivery?

A: We’d love to offer delivery. However, this isn’t possible due to British Columbia regulations concerning cannabis. If the situation changes shortly, we’ll make sure you know!

Q: Where and when can I collect my order?

A: Before browsing ensure that your desired pick-up location is selected. During checkout, you will be prompted to enter the desired pickup time. Your order will be waiting for you at the Duncan dispensary of your choice. Click here to find it on Google maps!

Q: Where is your store?

A: Costa Canna has two locations to serve you:

  • 180 Central Rd Unit 1A, Duncan, BC V9L 4X3, Canada
  • 110 -2591 Green Rd., Duncan, BC V9L 6C7, Canada

Q: Can I pay for my order online?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer online payment as of yet. However, when it becomes available, we’ll make sure to let you know. Sign up to our newsletter to receive regular news and updates regarding our new services!

Q: I forgot to add my favourite cannabis edible! Can I edit my order?

A: It is not possible to change an order once it has been placed. However, there are a couple of ways you can circumvent that:

  • Call us at 778-422-0420 (Duncan Village location) or 778-455-0420 (Cowichan Commons location) or
  • Place a second order and select the same pick-up time!

Q: What if I can’t make it on time? Will you cancel my order?

A: Your order will be available for you until the end of the day.

Q: Can I pick up an order for someone else?

A: It is possible to pick up an order for a third party. To do that, you will need:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order
  • Order confirmation number
  • A clear screenshot of the confirmation email
  • Your government ID

Q: I’ve changed my mind! How can I cancel my order?

A: Mistakes do happen! If you want to change your order, simply call or message our store and let us know. We will cancel your order immediately and send you a confirmation email.

Everie’s Vanilla Rooibos Tea is a naturally caffeine-free blend with a beautiful amber colour when brewed. Pack of 3 tea bags, each infused with 10 mg of CBD. Contains small amounts of THC.

TGOD Organic Infusers are a powder drink mix that can be used to infuse your food or beverage. Each individually sealed packet contains 10mg of THC and has no cannabis aroma or added flavour.

All-purpose hydrating balm that can be used on lips, elbows, knees, heels. Minty scented balm with coconut-oil base and beeswax, apricot oil, hemp seed oil, jojoba seed oil, peppermint, rosemary, and lavender. Each balm contains 7mg of THC.

Provincial regulations regarding cannabis sales state that all cannabis purchases are considered final sales, unless the product has been damaged, recalled or defective (mouldy, expired or damaged in transit).

As a licensed cannabis retailer Costa Canna purchases all of the products we sell from the BC Liquor Distribution Branch (BCLDB). BCLDB regulates all legal cannabis sales in BC and is the wholesale distributor for all legal cannabis products in BC. It supplies products from only federally approved producers who are regulated by tight standards under the Cannabis Act.

Cannabis retailers are not allowed to let customers touch or handle cannabis products.

The Cannabis Act makes it very clear that cannabis retailers are not allowed to give away free product ever.

At this time regulations stipulate cannabis retailers may not sell non-cannabis items.
