As a Budtender you will be focused on creating an exceptional customer experience for our clients.

What does the “Day to Day” Look Like?

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs
• Introducing new Cannabis users to the health benefits of Cannabis
• Building a loyal client base by acquiring new customers, developing the business from existing customers and retaining customers through a personalized approach

What experience do I need?

• Strong working knowledge of Cannabis
• Successful track record in a retail service/sales environment or hospitality industry
• Exceptional confidence in dealing with a wide variety of customers

What are the “must haves”? 

**Please do not apply if you do not have these key requirements.

• Must be 19 years or older
• Live in reasonable proximity to our Colwood/Wilkinson retail location
• Must be willing to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, days, evenings and weekends
• Access to reliable transportation
• Excellent level of business English
• Ability to pass a criminal background check

Part-time hours: 12-30 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $16.50 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate: Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
