To all our valued customers: we will be closed this April 12th (Sunday) to give our staff a much-needed break. Our incredible team has worked tirelessly to keep the store running to provide and meet all of our customers' requests.
We are so thankful for your continued support and have worked hard to maintain a high level of service all the while keeping staff and customer safety our highest priority.
We will return to our hours of Monday to Friday 10 am - 7 pm and Saturday and Sunday 11 am - 6 pm on April 13th.
The safety of Costa Canna’s team members and customers is always our first priority. For that reason, we have implemented a number of precautions based on the advice of the Canadian Health Authority to minimize the risk of the transmission of COVID-19 for both team members and customers alike, including an increased frequency in the disinfection of all surfaces that are frequently touched by team members and customers, including interior and exterior door handles, payment gateways, tablets and counters. In addition to following increased hand-washing protocol team members will wear gloves when handling product and currency.
At this time we will not be accepting returns on any product unless it is defective. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility during this time. Our overriding priority is the Health and Safety of your families and our team members.
