Cowichan cannabis enthusiasts will be happy to learn that Costa Canna now offers a click and collect service!

Now you can reserve your favourite products online at either of our Duncan locations and pick them up at your leisure. Read more to find out about our service!

Please note that this is not a cannabis delivery service, under provincial regulations for British Columbia.

How our service works

  1. Choose the Costa Canna location where you would your products to be reserved
  2. Browse through Costa Canna’s extensive catalogue from the comfort of your own home
  3. Add the desired items to your shopping basket
  4. Select a pickup time at the checkout page and collect your order! It’s simple and efficient!

Costa Canna Click & Collect FAQ

Here you can find some answers to practical questions regarding our Duncan, BC click & collect service.

Q: I don’t want to make the trip to your store. Do you offer delivery?

A: We’d love to offer delivery. However, this isn’t possible due to British Columbia regulations concerning cannabis. If the situation changes shortly, we’ll make sure you know!

Q: Where and when can I collect my order?

A: Before browsing ensure that your desired pick-up location is selected. During checkout, you will be prompted to enter the desired pickup time. Your order will be waiting for you at the Duncan dispensary of your choice. Click here to find it on Google maps!

Q: Where is your store?

A: Costa Canna has two locations to serve you:

  • 180 Central Rd Unit 1A, Duncan, BC V9L 4X3, Canada
  • 110 -2591 Green Rd., Duncan, BC V9L 6C7, Canada

Q: Can I pay for my order online?

A: Unfortunately, we do not offer online payment as of yet. However, when it becomes available, we’ll make sure to let you know. Sign up to our newsletter to receive regular news and updates regarding our new services!

Q: I forgot to add my favourite cannabis edible! Can I edit my order?

A: It is not possible to change an order once it has been placed. However, there are a couple of ways you can circumvent that:

  • Call us at 778-422-0420 (Duncan Village location) or 778-455-0420 (Cowichan Commons location) or
  • Place a second order and select the same pick-up time!

Q: What if I can’t make it on time? Will you cancel my order?

A: Your order will be available for you until the end of the day.

Q: Can I pick up an order for someone else?

A: It is possible to pick up an order for a third party. To do that, you will need:

  • Full name of the person who placed the order
  • Order confirmation number
  • A clear screenshot of the confirmation email
  • Your government ID

Q: I’ve changed my mind! How can I cancel my order?

A: Mistakes do happen! If you want to change your order, simply call or message our store and let us know. We will cancel your order immediately and send you a confirmation email.
